Our next meeting is our 7th Annual Membership Drive Crawfish Boil at the Harbor on
Thursday, April 20.  We are keeping with the third Thursday theme for all of our future meetings.  Please remember this is a membership drive.  If you know someone who may be interested in joining our local society, please bring them to the crawfish boil for free.  We will have a surprise gift for all members who bring a potential guest.Remember, SIPES has four levels to join; Full, Limited, Junior and Affiliate.

  1. Full is for those who have a science or engineering degree with 12 years work experience and are independent.
  2. Limited are those who meet the qualifications of a Full Membership except they are not independent (employed).
  3. Junior is for those who meet the qualifications of a Full Membership except they do not have 12 years of experience.
  4. Affiliate (Not A Members of National SIPES) For those associated with earth science but do not have a degree in science or engineering.
