Technical session presentation by James Tucker of Microbial Technologies, Inc. from the SIPES 32nd Annual Meeting in Oklahoma, City. Discussion of  Microbial Oil Survey Technique (MOST) developed in the late 1950s, and its use in conjunction with geology and geophysics. This surface technology is highly-effective in evaluating exploration projects of all sizes.
